Our Community
The Ones Who
Said Yes First
An artisan bakery doesn’t get off the ground alone. Long before Marvelli had a track record, a handful of Park City and Kamas neighbors looked at what we were building and said yes. These are our champions. The heart of a community like this.
We hope you’ll find your way to
their doors, just as we do.
Mountain Town
Olive Oil, Park City
Family-owned and based at 613 Main Street on Park City’s Historic Main Street, Mountain Town Olive Oil has been one of the region’s most trusted specialty food retailers since 2009. Jessica curates her shop with rigor — small-batch Ultra Premium extra virgin olive oils from producers around the world, held to the highest certified standards in the industry.
When Marvelli was brand new and unproven, Jessica recognized what we were trying to do and championed us. We’re loyal customers in return — every loaf we bake is made better with her fabulous oil — and we hope you’ll find your way to 613 Main Street to taste them. Tell her Emile sent you.

Just over the Wasatch pass in Kamas, The Stock Exchange has earned a quiet reputation as the region’s premium meat and seafood destination. Owned by Guy and Melissa Peterson, the shop curates pasture-raised beef, pork, lamb, veal, and chicken from farms across Utah, alongside wild-caught seafood flown in three days a week. On Friday nights, the counter transforms into a chef-crafted sushi bar that draws regulars from across the Wasatch Back.
When Guy and Melissa put Marvelli on their shelves, it was an early vote of confidence from a kitchen that doesn’t compromise. They source the way we do — relentlessly, with care, never cutting a corner. Three deliveries a week now, and counting. We wouldn’t be where we are without these two wonderful people. If you’re in Kamas, go see them, tell them Emile sent you.
